Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, shared, transferred, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be provided to service providers that assist GBVBA in delivering SMS communications, such as our membership-management or messaging providers, solely as necessary to provide those services.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of membership, purchasing, event registration, or receiving Association services.

GBVBA may send members, registrants, participants, subscribers, and other contacts email communications relating to membership, programs, events, Association business, or other relevant information.
Marketing or promotional emails will include an unsubscribe method when required. Certain transactional, account-related, registration, billing, or administrative messages may still be sent when necessary to provide requested services.
Certain information submitted to GBVBA may be intended for public display, including member directory listings, builder information, Parade of Homes listings, sponsor information, exhibitor listings, business descriptions, logos, photographs, website links, and contact information.
By submitting information specifically for publication, you authorize GBVBA to display and use that information in connection with Association programs, websites, directories, events, marketing, and related communications.

GBVBA does not control the privacy practices, security, availability, or content of independent third-party services. Your use of a third-party website or service may be governed by that provider’s own privacy policy and terms.

These websites and digital services are operated by Bryan College Station Builders Association, doing business as Greater Brazos Valley Builders Association, a Texas nonprofit trade association organized under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code.
GBVBA websites provide information concerning the Association, its members, the residential construction industry, events, programs, government affairs, education, the Parade of Homes, the Home & Lifestyle Expo, sponsors, exhibitors, builders, and other activities.

Event schedules, participating homes, builders, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, programs, pricing, availability, registration deadlines, locations, and other information may change without notice.

Membership in GBVBA, participation in the Parade of Homes or Home & Lifestyle Expo, sponsorship, advertising, directory inclusion, or appearance on a GBVBA website does not constitute a warranty, certification, guarantee, or endorsement by GBVBA.
Builders, remodelers, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, advertisers, and other businesses appearing on GBVBA websites are independent persons or entities.
GBVBA does not guarantee or warrant any participant’s licensing status, insurance, financial condition, products, services, workmanship, pricing, representations, code compliance, contracts, warranties, business practices, or performance.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any contract or transaction with a member, builder, exhibitor, vendor, sponsor, advertiser, or other third party.
Parade of Homes properties are owned, constructed, marketed, or controlled by participating builders, developers, homeowners, or other independent parties and are not owned or controlled by GBVBA unless expressly stated otherwise.
Participating homes, addresses, availability, viewing hours, features, pricing, photographs, maps, and other information may change before or during the event. A home may be withdrawn, unavailable, sold, occupied, closed, or otherwise inaccessible without prior notice.
Visitors must follow all posted instructions and requirements established by the participating builder, property owner, GBVBA, or event personnel while visiting a Parade property.
Exhibitors participating in the Home & Lifestyle Expo are independent businesses and are responsible for their own products, services, demonstrations, displays, representations, contracts, transactions, warranties, and interactions with attendees.
GBVBA does not guarantee the participation of any particular exhibitor, vendor, speaker, demonstration, or program. Exhibitor locations, schedules, activities, and event details may change without notice.
Certain GBVBA programs and events may require registration, tickets, credentials, fees, or acceptance of additional event-specific terms.
Additional terms displayed during registration or checkout are incorporated into the agreement applicable to that transaction or event.
Refund, cancellation, substitution, transfer, admission, attendance, and event-access policies may vary by event and will be governed by the applicable registration or checkout terms.
Certain services may require an account. Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activities occurring through their accounts.
GBVBA may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Association, its systems, members, users, or services or in response to suspected misuse.
If you submit photographs, logos, descriptions, listings, advertisements, documents, event information, or other materials for publication or use by GBVBA, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide those materials.
You grant GBVBA permission to use, reproduce, resize, format, display, distribute, and publish submitted materials as reasonably necessary to administer or promote the Association, its membership, programs, events, websites, directories, and communications.
Unless otherwise indicated, GBVBA website content, designs, logos, graphics, photographs, publications, event materials, and other Association-created content are owned by or licensed to GBVBA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Content may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, sold, or commercially used without permission except as permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, logos, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
GBVBA may link to or integrate services operated by third parties. A link or integration does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration or waives any right to participate in a class or representative proceeding unless GBVBA and the applicable party separately enter into an enforceable written agreement providing otherwise.
GBVBA may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Greater Brazos Valley Builders Association offers an optional SMS messaging program for individuals who expressly consent to receive text messages from the Association.
Messages may include event registration reminders, event attendance reminders, registration deadlines, Association programs, meetings, educational opportunities, leadership opportunities, Parade of Homes information, Home & Lifestyle Expo information, and other GBVBA-related notices.
By voluntarily opting in to GBVBA SMS communications, you authorize GBVBA to send text messages to the mobile telephone number you provide.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of membership, purchasing, registration, or participation in a GBVBA event or program.
Message frequency is generally approximately 1–2 messages per month. Frequency may vary based on event schedules, registration deadlines, and Association activities.
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply.
STOP: You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a GBVBA text message.
After submitting STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive additional campaign messages unless you subsequently provide new consent.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
